About the therapist

Hello, I am Specialist Clinical Psychologist Elis Aslan. After completing my undergraduate degree in Psychology at MEF University, I pursued a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Üsküdar University, gaining expertise in the field. Throughout my studies, I focused on post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression, and stress management. I completed my internships at Moodist Psychiatry and Neurology Hospital and NP Brain Medical Center during both my undergraduate and graduate studies. I base my practice on the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach, offering scientifically grounded and personalized solutions to my clients. Currently, I provide both online and in-person therapy sessions for adolescents, adults, and couples. My goal in therapy is to create a safe and comfortable space where my clients feel at ease. I highly value professional development and continuously attend training and seminars on the latest therapeutic methods and approaches.
