İlkay Dingeç graduated from Doğuş University's Department of English Psychology and graduated from Maltepe University's Clinical Psychology Master's Program the same year with her thesis on "The Relationship between Problematic Internet Use, Self-Esteem and Attitudes to Cope with Stress". During her education, she took MMPI test courses as well as projective test courses such as Rorschach, TAT, Louisa Düss; Although he learned to look from the Cognitive Behavioral School during his undergraduate and graduate education, he also took courses from the Psychoanalytic School. He did his internship at Erenköy Psychiatric Hospital. He has also attended and continues to participate in many vocational seminars.
