About the therapist

Hello! I am Psychologist Lisya Kaspi. After completing my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Koç University with high honors, I pursued my master's degree at Leiden University in the Netherlands. Currently, I am engaged in scientific research on emotion regulation while also pursuing my doctoral studies. In therapy, I primarily follow the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and schema therapy approaches. I also incorporate elements from the short-term solution-focused therapy movement. In our initial sessions, my aim is to help you explore your subconscious using image analysis, while also providing practical strategies to improve your daily life based on this understanding. I hope that together, we can make progress on this journey of self-discovery. The duration of therapy varies depending on the severity and frequency of the issues being addressed. However, if you require advice or short-term consultation, I offer single-session consultancy services. I commend you for investing in yourself and taking this step forward!
