About the therapist

After completing her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Uludağ University with honors, she pursued a master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Istanbul Arel University. She has enhanced her clinical knowledge and experience through various trainings and seminars. With over nine years of experience as a clinical psychologist in various public hospitals, she has conducted patient consultations, clinical assessment tests, and psychoeducation groups. She completed her master's program by providing psychodynamically oriented individual psychotherapy services under supervision at the Istanbul Arel University Research and Application Center. Her master's thesis focused on "Examining the Relationship Between Internalized Stigma, Self-Compassion, and Psychological Resilience in Patients Diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder."
