About the therapist

Clinical Psychologist Ahsennur İşlek graduated with high honors from the Psychology Department of Bülent Ecevit University in 2020. She was then accepted into the Clinical Psychology Master's program at Istanbul Kent University on a full scholarship in 2021. In 2024, she successfully completed her studies with a thesis titled "The Relationship Between Technology Addiction, Emotional Regulation Difficulties, and Sociotropic-Autonomic Personality Traits in University Students." She received theoretical training and supervision in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from Prof. Dr. Mehmet Zihni Sungur. Ahsennur is certified in administering the MMPI Personality Test, Child-Centered Play Therapy, and Objective-Projective Tests. She conducts individual therapy processes in various areas, including depression, panic disorder, anxiety disorders, social phobia, stress management, emotional eating disorders, anger control issues, grief, relationship problems, self-esteem issues, and procrastination behavior
