About the therapist

Hello, I am İlayda Şahin. I graduated from the Department of Psychology with high honors and I am in the phase of my master's thesis in Clinical Psychology. Prof. Dr. I received Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy school training from Ebru Şalcıoğlu. I have a practitioner certificate in Control-Focused Behavior Therapy Trainings for Panic Disorder, Agoraphobia and Social Anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, OCD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and Depression, and Earthquake Trauma. My clinical internship; I completed it at Istanbul Erenköy Psychiatric and Neurological Diseases Training and Research Hospital. I provide services in the field of adult individual therapy. At Nora Psychology, our office located on the Bostancı beach, I provide face-to-face or online teaching and support with supervision.
